He studied at the University of Buenos Aires, and the International Center of Photography, New York in 1992. Weber has won numerous grants and awards, including in 2008 the Silver Eye Award, and in 2005 a grant from the No Strings Foundation.
Martín Weber explores the power of voice, using photography to convey ideas and phenomena that are at once specific and universal. For his project, A Map of Latin American Dreams , he traveled throughout Central and South America making portraits.
