Michael I'm a 32 year old USAR Hooters Pro-Cup driver that is happily married to my soulmate, Lisa Marie Kidd. She and I have a wonderful 2 year old son, Ryan. I started racing in 1997, the year I graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in BS (marketing). I enjoy racing (obviously), it's my number 1 hobby.

Dec 7, 2017 · That June 23rd race saw Triumph factory racer Mike Kidd score his very first AMA Grand National victory, after two-and-a-half years of trying. An overflow crowd of 20,000 fans showed up to watch that year’s race in Columbus. In the Grand National main event, Kidd got a bad start, but gradually began working his way through the field.
I would start the season in late March and finish up in October. The Northern Division would hit some familiar tracks plus add Lonesome Pine and Old Dominion Speedway. The South would pick up Greenville Pickens and Caraway. Bristol would close out the regular season in a combo race to crown our champions at the mecca of short track racing.
