What is TOD? Tour of Duty (TOD) is a component of the Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MOBCOP) suite of applications. It is an internet site where reserve component Soldiers (USAR, IRR, ARNG, IMA) can find and volunteer for Active-Duty tours. Currently access to MOBCOP is limited to personnel on a .mil network.
