TV movie gold. DGA award winner first time for a female director, Les Grant. The fictional story of Next to Normal - only when she’s in the mental institution. Expect a classic form and style in a TV movie, this isn’t like HBO style ones done today in 2000’s. The lead in this film is definitely going through it.
