Jan 12, 2021 · Eligibility. To be eligible for Red & Blue in 2021-2022, you must be a first-time/full-time freshman with financial need after all other awards are considered. Nonresidents must have a 25+ ACT and at least a 3.0 HS GPA. Mississippi residents do not have ACT/ GPA criteria.
