Manage your health online with MyChart. MyChart is a secure online portal that allows you to access your electronic medical record and send messages to your doctor directly without going to the clinic or picking up the phone.
MyChart is our electronic patient medical record accessible by you, the patient, whenever needed. Your electronic chart is kept in a secure computer system and follows you wherever you go within the Kadlec system. My Account is a free service for online access to your health record. When you log in, you can view test results, check-in for appointments, book new appointments, send messages to your care team, and much more. Log In.
In addition to our state-of-the-art clinics, we offer services such as health education classes, pharmacies, labs, nurse treatment centers and behavioral health. You can schedule appointments, view test results, connect with your doctor, and more through the MyChart online portal.
