Nov 12, 2011 · Reviewed November 12, 2011. Pedro's Campground at South of the Border is not bad. The grounds were clean but could use some upgrades. Our campsite was paved and level. Very pet friendly. Great for a overnight stop at a great price. Date of experience: November 2011. Ask ceicholzjr about South of the Border.
