Secret of the Wings (originally titled as Tinker Bell and the Mysterious Winter Woods or alternatively Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Wings) is a 2012 American animated fantasy film, and the fourth installment in the Disney Fairies franchise, produced by Disneytoon Studios.
Tinker Bell flew straight to the Winter Woods to find Peri, but she fell. She asked why the flower was still alive, and Gliss explained that frost tucks warm air inside. "We could frost the Pixie Dust Tree before the freeze hit," Peri suggested.
With Fawn distracted by a sleeping marmot, Tinker Bell jumps across the border into the Winter Woods. Tink gazes in wonder at the beautiful wintry landscape, enchanted by the delicate snowflakes falling around her, and the strange colors her wings create.
Tinker Bell (Mae Whitman), Periwinkle (Lucy Hale) and friends venture into the winter woods to find the secret of fairy wings.
