Here's my experience: In the city, for the money, there's no better bargain. A $40/mo plan gets you better features than what you pay >$100/mo for with the bigger carriers (particularly if you, like me, use a lot of data) Outside the city, you're often hooped. If you travel a lot, WIND is not sufficient.
