Terrible customer service unfortunately. They are poorly trained on the product line. English is not their primary language skillset.

I ordered a couple of gift baskets for Christmas presents to extended family. Order placed Dec 16th, delivery days available were presented, I selected the 24th which allowed 9 days to deliver. Received notice at 2:45 am on December 24th that the shipment has left their facility, expected delivery Dec 28th.

The "basket" was well made and could easily be reused for several other purposes. The company went to some effort to coordinate basket color and many of the product packaging. Accounting for the food, basket, and the labor to assemble this gift, it was fairly priced. Plus it was shipped quickly from Amazon and arrived a day earlier than expected.
