Jackson's posthumous releases and productions are administered by the estate of Michael Jackson, which owns Jackson's trademarks and rights to his name, image and likeness. The first posthumous Jackson song, " This Is It ", co-written in the 1980s with Paul Anka , was released in October 2009.
