Brief Synopsis. Two mutually distrustful tribes of monkeys inhabit the same habitat: The Woonkos, who live in the forest canopy, and the Laankos, who reside on the ground. One day a rebellious young monkey named Kom falls from the treetops and is saved by the king of the Laankos.
