Toby Whithouse (born 5 July 1970[1]) wrote several episodes of Doctor Who during the David Tennant, Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi eras, and the Torchwood series 1 episode Greeks Bearing Gifts. In 2017, he played a German soldier in the Doctor Who Christmas special Twice Upon a Time.
