Henry III of Głogów (Polish: Henryk; 1251/60 – 11 December 1310) was a duke of Glogów from 1274 to his death and also duke of parts of Greater Poland during 1306–1310. He was one of the sons (probably the second) [1] of Konrad I , Duke of Głogów , by his first wife Salome , daughter of Duke Władysław of Greater Poland .

It was rebuilt by Henry III, who incorporated already brick castle into the town’s defensive wall system. During the fights between Henry III of Głogów and Henry of Legnica, the latter was imprisoned at the Głogów castle. It was placed on the order of Henry III in a specially constructed cramped chest with only two openings: for food and excretion.
