Our nonprofit now includes a 56-acre campus in Palatine with a choice of housing, programming, and educational options, adult residential options in the community, two additional day program facilities, three foster care placement offices in the Chicago area, and the Duffey Family Children’s Village of state-of-the-art group homes for children.
Our children’s programs provide individuals up to age 22 with support, programs and services that help increase their potential for lifelong productivity and success. Our programs include residential services, a therapeutic day school and foster care and adoption. Learn more.

For 30 years, Little City's In-Home & Family Services Programs have been providing community-based services to individuals with disabilities and their families. Program areas include Foster Care & Adoption located in Chicago; Home-Based Services in Palatine and Waukegan; and Clinical Services in Cook, DuPage, McHenry and Lake Counties.
