Sep 8, 2002 · The Spal I am considering is the 11 inch twin blade electric fan with 2780cfm. The Derale is the Rad 13 inch twin blade electric fan with 4000cfm. The Derale does not give airflow at static pressures but says in the ad it will cool the "toughest" applications.
