The fact that Benson hasn't fired them makes his quality as a boss questionable. how mordecai and especially rigby even got through the hiring process is ridiculous, bensons is questionable at best. He wasn’t the best, a good boss would’ve fired Mordecai and Rigby a long time ago. He was a solid guy though.
