Technically, it's not Rockville, as Rockville (unlike Bethesda and most MoCo communities) is an incorporated city with explicit boundaries. I'm not saying that justifies the "North Bethesda" label, but it explains why "(South) Rockville" doesn't really work, even though it would be more fitting geo-socially 1.
