A lot of people stopped watching the show after the midseason finale, and I honestly can’t blame them, even if I still personally think it’s generally worth watching afterwards. Seasons 4B and 5 are generally considered to be the worst of the show.

So TL:DR - FTWD is better than TWD from post farm till post Carl/Rick. Then it's just another show to watch about zombies/post apocalyptic world. Its not as great as the walking dead. But seasons 1, 2, and 3 of fear are good to watch, but after season 3, its a different show, its bad and stupid.

This is not deserving of a one star rating out of ten, like many people here have labelled it - I have seen many other movies that are even worse - but all the same, it's not even worth watching for free on Netflix.
