- Planet Hulk is a bullet of a movie that provides several graphic "Hulk Smash!" moments without forgetting to link them to some semblance of characters that we care about. It's not a perfect movie to be sure, but it certainly qualifies as one of Marvel's better efforts in the direct-to-DVD realm.

Was a good movie. Source material was better. They cut a lot out that was key elements of the story. Of course the MCU cut about 100 times that. All in all a good watch and way better than Ragnarok.

Planet Hulk is a pretty good adaptation of one of the most famous Hulk storylines and does so without the resources of a huge summer blockbuster. It is a fairly violent tale with some good emotional punches and a nice story for everyone's favorite green monster.
