Rock City is located on the top of Lookout Mountain which is actually located in Georgia. Most people assume it is in Chattanooga or even Tennessee, but it is not. It is about 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga but will likely take you about 15 minutes to get to Rock City from downtown.
