Scott Pilgrim
Wallace and Scott are best friends and roommates. They both met at the University of Toronto when they sat next to each other in class, and Wallace asked Scott a question. Their friendship grew and later resulted in Wallace being invited round to the Pilgrim Residence for dinner. Scott would later crash at Wallace's apartment, which resulted in Scott never leaving. Wallace is Scott's voice of reason and seeks to help wherever possible but can be stern towards Scott when needs be, such as pressuring Scott to break up with Knives after he begins to date Ramona as well as forcing Scott to go for a break up north in preparation for his battle against Gideon in Volume 6. An example of Wallace and Scott's close bond can be seen in Volume 3, when Wallace makes clear his bitterness towards Envy Adams after she brutally dumped Scott at a New Year's Eve party, and has since looked out for him whenever Envy interacts with him, a sentiment also shared with Scott's younger sister, Stacey. Despite their close friendship, Wallace can be irritated by Scott and his actions, and in very minor circumstances, Wallace can also be harsh towards Scott, such as kicking him out of the apartment after he walked in Wallace having a fling with someone in his bed.
Stacey Pilgrim
Wallace and Stacey Pilgrim, Scott's younger sister, share a close friendship. They are normally seem gossiping about topics together, most of the time being Scott's relationships. Although they are good friends, Stacey appears to get very frustrated when Wallace hits on her boyfriends, with Jimmy being the latest example.
Ramona Flowers
Wallace and Ramona's friendship isn't front and centre, but they do acknowledge each other with Wallace giving them both blessing by the end of the series. During Takes Off, Wallace and Ramona can be seen interacting more as the latter investigates Scott's disappearance.
Mobile
Wallace met Mobile during the events of Volume 4 and he later decides to lease a new apartment with him after moving out of his old apartment with Scott. In Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, it is implied that Wallace married Mobile and that he worked at Nintendo. Mobile and Wallace appeared to be distant to each other during a period where he was away from home. Future Wallace is later seen reconnecting with him through the phone.
Other Scott
Wallace had briefly dated Other Scott throughout the series. Both Wallace and Other Scott are seen hanging out together in various places, from Second Cup to Pizza Pizza.
Todd Ingram
During the events of Takes Off, Wallace and Todd had a fling on set during the production of Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life, this follows as a result of Wallace persuading the director of the film to replace a scene of Scott (portrayed by Todd) and Ramona (portrayed by Envy) During production, Wallace and Todd would go and "rehearse lines" in Todd's trailer, which was used as an excuse to have intercourse. After proclaiming his love for Wallace, Todd had a tattoo placed on the side of his chest and admitted to Envy that he was in fact in love with him rather than her. However, Wallace didn't share that same sentiment as he told Todd it was a "on set fling", this leaves Todd devastated and broken. Despite getting rejected, Todd confronted Wallace at the premiere of Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Musical and told him that there were sparks, to which Wallace had later dismissed, saying to him that sparks "weren't real". It is unknown whether Wallace was only attracted to Todd when he was acting in the lead role of Scott Pilgrim, due to Wallace initially having a crush on Scott.
Envy Adams
Wallace met Envy back when they were in university. By the time he met her, she had already called herself Envy and she had changed considerably from the nice girl that Scott met and dated. Despite having only breifly interacted with her while gaming, he very much realized Envy was now a jerk and ordered Scott to immediately break up with her. The catalclysmic romantic fallout between Scott and Envy along with Scott's subsequent heart break and agony would lead Wallace holding a legitimate enmity against her. This has lasted to the present day as she is one of the very few people who can legitimately anger him, showing how much contempt he has toward her hurting Scott. During the skirmish at Honest Ed's, Wallace calls Envy an "unbelievable b*tch" after Envy tells Wallace that Scott's handicap was that he "isn't a survivor". In Takes Off, after Wallace tells Todd that their "relationship" was a on-set fling that would end when the production of the movie ended. This resulted in an angry Envy assaulting Wallace.
Lucas Lee
Wallace is a big fan of Lucas Lee and his films. He claimed that Lucas had the "best chest in the business".
Future Scott Pilgrim
It is implied that Future Scott Pilgrim doesn't hold hostility towards Wallace Wells, despite his future self kicking him out of his mansion. This can be shown when he doesn't teleport him to the Dream Desert, unlike Scott's other friends.
