The account should be put on hold since the date she died or notified them and the whole business account thing should be corrected. If they don't then you can log a complaint, wait the right amount time and escalate if required.

The dedicated EDF Energy contact number is 0808 101 4115 and are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
