Agreed about autism in K-Dramas, but I remember "Good Doctor," which was less realistic a drama than IOTNBO. Joo Won portrayed a savant who knew human anatomy inside and out, and could perform surgery. He was also on the spectrum. Between Oh Jung Se and Joo Won, I couldn't choose who is best.
