    The main entrance is on South Ocean Boulevard. To see Mar-a-Lago, you have to do a drive-by. People can park and walk by, though you'll be in the roadway.   7. NO ONE sees to note that Hawaii has recently put the Big Beach as well as the Black Sand Beach as Malena (?) State Park and charges a ridiculously expensive entry and parking fee. Entry fee $5 per person and parking fee $10 per car. So for a car with 3 people, it is $25, for a beach.
