Today has today announced the rollout of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay on six models with retro-fitting available on many. The Rav4, HiAce, Granvia, Camry, Corolla Hatch and Prius are all getting both smartphone systems compatibility.

Since 2019, all Toyota Camrys have included standard Android Auto smartphone integration. Pre-2019 Toyota Camry models did not have Android Auto.
I have a 2019 Toyota Camry SE that came with Apple CarPlay but no Android Auto. Back then the dealer said there could be an update to provide android auto but more recently they've been implying that there wouldn't be an update. Since the car has the hardware to support Apple CarPlay, I'm assuming it can also support Android Auto.
