There are many ways to share ‡ your glucose data with your healthcare professional. If you have an account on the FreeStyle Libre 3 app*, glucose data is automatically ‡ uploaded to LibreView †.
1. Tap the Navigation Menu. 2. Select the Share/Connected Apps option. 3. Under Share, select the "LibreLinkUp" option. 4. Tap "Create Connection" and enter the first name, last name and e-mail address of the person you want to share your glucose readings with. 5. Press "Invite" to send the invitation.
You can email or text a static screenshot directly from the FreeStyle LibreLink app † by tapping the share icon that is displayed at the bottom of each report available within the app. You can also show the reports on your smartphone to your doctor or nurse during your next appointment.
To invite someone to see your glucose readings, open your FreeStyle Libre app, ensure you are logged into your LibreView account in the FreeStyle Libre app, then: Open the Navigation Menu. The easiest way to share your glucose data is to link your LibreView Account to your healthcare professional’s Account. Once you set up this link, your health professional will automatically be able to access your reports online each time you upload your data with no further action on your part.
You can share your glucose readings from the FreeStyle LibreLink app or FreeStyle Libre 3 app with up to 20 family members and friends.
