The title of "Judicial Indiscretion" is misleading because it subtly implies that Judge Monica Barrett had committed an indiscretion that might imperil her nomination to the Supreme Court. In fact, Judge Barrett did nothing wrong and was the victim of a horrible crime.
After she is nominated to the United States Supreme Court she meets Jack Sullivan (Michael Shanks), a charismatic Irishman who claims to be an up and coming writer. The truth is far different, and more frightening. A criminal and psychopath, Jack turns Monica's much-needed holiday into a nightmare.
A highly respected female judge is nominated to the Supreme Court just before she meets a dashing new man. A weekend away turns into a nightmare after he drugs and rapes her. She must decide if she should go public and reveal this psychopath and risk ruining her good name or keep it a secret.
