I have only seen snippets of the 25th anniversary concert, but in my opinion it pales in comparison to the 10th anniversary concert - which is most certainly the best. Given the cast is called the 'dream cast' it is definitely hard to beat, and I don't think it will ever be.
Seeing its never-ending popularity and its influence on the musical theatre, the 25th anniversary of Les Misérables had to be spectacular. Of course, it can always be argued that staging the show as a concert will never fully do it justice, but in my opinion, such a decision helps to appreciate the scale of what Les Mis has become.

There were generally good reviews, especially for the big finale at the end, but having grown up with listening to the cast of mostly the 10th anniversary, it was hard for me to fall in love with the 25th.
Overall the concert is well worth seeing and will be available on DVD. One note is that this might not be the best introduction for someone who has never see the full stage production. The show has been edited down (most of which I heartedly agree with) but some of the scene transitions may confuse someone unfamiliar with the stage production.
