He is the current head men's basketball coach at the University of Louisville. He previously served as head coach for the College of Charleston and Winthrop University .
Pat Kelsey is the 24th head coach of the Cougars, leading them to the CAA title and March Madness in 2022. He has over 200 wins in 10 seasons, including a record-breaking run at Winthrop and a stint at Xavier.
