- Havering Museum. A real source of pride for the borough, the Havering Museum on the ground floor of the old Romford Brewery is run entirely by volunteers.
- Raphael Park. Long and narrow, this park between Romford and Gidea Park is on Black’s Brook, which has been dammed at Main Road to form a lake.
