Eastwick is a neighborhood in the Southwest section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It is the southwesternmost neighborhood in the city, bordering Philadelphia International Airport and the city line with Delaware County at Cobbs Creek and Darby Creek .
The Eastwick Redevelopment Area Plan was finalized in 1954, and projected 45,000 people living in 4,100 apartments, 670 detached houses, and 7,800 row homes. The plan also stipulated that the new neighborhood be racially integrated, a unique condition for the time.
