  3. I prefer Alina more! It’s just a nicer name to me but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. I would put Alina slightly above Lena because I feel like the pronunciation is more obvious. Lena might get mispronounced as Lee-na, Len-na, Lay-na, or Leh-na.
