Recently I've been trying to download a file but IDM can only download it at a max of like 200 kbs (really slow). Thats pretty close to the speed my web browser downloads it at and I've tested downloading other files from that website and they stay at a steady 2.5 mbs (not great BUT A BIG IMPROVEMENT).
