Wiig brings an unbounded energy to her characters, making her Target Lady or Sue feel like emotion bombs about to go off.

- The Tiny Hat Lady. One of the most hysterical Kristen Wiig sketches on SNL was the one with the tiny hat which fans remember to this day. The sketch also featured Amy Poehler who played Trish, a rich fashionista who wears a small hat to lunch one day.
- Kalle. Kristen has a flair for accents and during a sketch she portrayed a Finnish talk show host in a show named Kalle. The sketch was meant to take a dig at some of the European talk shows which have very little conversation and a lot of focus on video clips of the guests.
- The QVC commercial. Easily one of the funniest sketches on SNL, the QVC commercial features Kristen and Cecily Strong playing two suburban housewives both of whom share a dream of hosting QVC.
- Kris Jenner. Who could forget that Kristen played the Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner on SNL, and aced the momager memo? She appeared on the SNL sketch which took a dig at Kim Kardashian’s brief marriage to Kris Humphries with a fake Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode.
