Captain Stottlemeyer has to go to anger management class when he slugs a cop who claims he's having an affair with the Captain's wife.
At a city junkyard, homeless transient Gerald Vengalfeeds his pet mouse, Devo, who is strangely not eating his food. Suddenly, Gerald hears two men arguing.
