First things first. I work in a middle-size company in Poland. We have "tonnes" of Logitech products - I'd guess around 400-500 (even 15 years old ones!). We bought all of them via online retailer about 2 years ago (still under warranty). We did RMA about ~15 devices via this supplier last year - no problem at all - two cases were even our fault.

All modern Logitech products that use GHUB software are prone to bugs. Products older than these tend to fair better with the exception of mice(double click issues). The only thing that I can recommend is a G305 mouse. because it can use the older Logitech gaming software even though I personally don't like the shape.
