Also in the subject of the email was the number of my Feedback case = the EU261 claim for canceled flight and long layover. Asking for ID Proof (passport or Driving Licence) and IBAN bank number.

  2. The email from support@minecrafthelp.zendesk.com is definitely legitimate. The one from alerts@directly.com looks like it's probably legitimate too, but I can't be sure. If you look on directly.com's website they do list Microsoft as one of their clients.
