A Murphy's Law comedy about a man who house-sits his boss's manse to get ahead in the company for which he toils, David Zucker's "My Boss's Daughter" is a light-weight charmer that almost escapes being totally forgettable. An energetic cast does its best, and some comic set-pieces work well; but the film, as a whole, does little to impress.
