Bell (6 feet, 175 pounds) is the No. 1,210 overall recruit, the No. 121 wide receiver and the No. 134 player in Georgia (Clinch County High School) per the 247Sports composite.

A native of Toronto, violinist Jeremy Bell earned a B. Mus degree from the University of Toronto, and from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, he received his Masters and Doctor of Music. Bell is a prize winner of the Eckhardt Grammatté National competition and the Conseil Québécois’ Prix Opus.
