Walter Murphy. Composer: Ted. Walter Murphy was born on 19 December 1952 in New York City, New York, USA. He is a composer and producer, known for Ted (2012), Family Guy (1999) and Agent Cody Banks (2003).
Walter Murphy was an orchestral leader who studied both classical and jazz music piano at the Manhattan School of Music. At one time he was the arranger for Doc Severinsen and The Tonight Show orchestra.
