Hedge fund manager Professor Griffin is the president and founder of Blue Ridge Capital, a hedge fund company based in New York. From 1993 to 1996, he was president of Tiger Management, which he joined in 1987 after two years as a financial analyst in the merchant banking group of Morgan Stanley.
