The last few shows Ive been to there weren’t overcrowded so it was easy to get closer to the stage if you need to.

Mar 1, 2023 · McDonald Theater. This historic theater, built in 1925, has a different feel than the other concert halls in Eugene. The McDonald Theater stage has arches and pillars that give it that classic look. There is a full bar in a side room and a second bar in the seated balcony over the dance hall. Many of Eugene's larger performances take place here.
The Keseys saved this 100 year old classic movie theater from becoming yet another footnote to Eugene's lost history and impossibly, made a sustainable concert venue and preserved a historical landmark.
