Thank you one and all. Livebox phone issue resolved by doing an online test via the Orange. website where it found a fault. It did not say where but it gave the option to do an online chat with an advisor. As it was specific to the phone problem it did not take long. Within maybe an hour the. problem was resolved.

Sep 6, 2008 · For me the switch to livebox put all the issues in the orange camp and this worked well until recent times when I decided to cancel due to unreliability of everything. If you are not really familiar with routers then you should think carefully about how you deal with Orange - livebox is probably safer in these circumstances.
