I did some research and chose Andersen 400 Series Woodwright replacement inserts with a 9 over 9 SDL grid pattern (special ordered from a big box store-but worth every $ spent on them). The numerous sizing, grid and color options are great and were a perfect match for the right look. These windows are awesome!
The depth of the frame on a 400 Woodwright Double Hung is 4 1/2". Andersen has a Pine Stool that can be added to the sill of this frame, that would make it stick out farther than the frame. It is available for different wall depths. Please contact us at 855-337-8825 for any further information.
