Depending on the status of your reservation record, you may be able to confirm your reservation without a reservation number. If you do not know the reservation number, you will not be able to confirm your reservation from the JAL website.

When you access our website, click on "Manage Booking/Online check-in" and enter the required information. Enter your membership number and PIN code to access your reservation. Enter your Reservation number and flight information to access your itinerary.
Where can I check? The reservation number (6-digit alphanumeric number) can be confirmed on the e-ticket receipt. If you made a reservation on the JAL website, please also check the Reservation completion email or Confirmation email after Ticketing.
Flight status of codeshare flights. In case that you search the information with "Today" selection of departure date or arrival date, please re-search with "Yesterday" if date changes at thedeparture or arrival point, especially when you use re-load function on your browser.
