Library Services. All three floors of Lake Oswego Public Library are open for browsing, computer access, holds pickup, and librarian assistance. Service hours are Monday-Thursday 10-7, Friday-Saturday 10-5, and Sunday 1-5. Patrons can access WiFi inside the Library during open hours and in the Library parking lot from 6:00am-10:00pm daily.

The Lake Oswego Tennis Center provides the only Special Olympics tennis program in Oregon. This is our twentieth year of offering tennis to Special Olympians. Our program stresses fundamentals, movement, fitness, and fun! The Special Olympics Tennis Winter 2024 session will be held on Saturdays from January 13 through February 24, 4-4:50pm.
