Generally people don't go to Prague to visit the zoo; it is more beer and medieval jousting type of place. But, boy, was the zoo a pleasant surprise. We have been to zoo's all over the world, but Prague is definitely a favourite for us now. Fantastically kept grounds, amazing animal enclosures (the giraffe and elephant grounds are truly stunning).
