Drivers Bruce McLaren, Ken Miles, Denny Hulme, and Chris Amon gathered with Leo Beebe (center) at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans race. Beebe managed Ford Motor Company's ambitious racing program in the 1960s, and 1966 was a banner year. Ford swept the Le Mans podium. McLaren and Amon took first place while Miles and Hulme finished second.
