Penguillys is one of my favorite bars. Also, Atlas, 10th st bar, nurolux. Mulligans is good place to jump in on shuffleboard, foosball, pool or bar games and meet people that way. Ochos is a good date spot. Generally, the bar scene is disgusting. Some of my worst memories are at the club type bars.
Friday and Saturday nights are when the nightlife in Reykjavik is at its peak, but Thursday and Sunday nights are increasingly buzzing. Bars and clubs close around 1 a.m. during weekdays and between 4:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on weekends. In general, places start filling up around 1 a.m. on busy nights.

If you like more evening entertainment you will have to go to the nearby cities Levanto, La Spezia or Sestri Levante. In Levanto, 5 minutes by train from Monterosso, the nightlife has increased lately thanks to many restaurants, wine bars and pubs which stay open until late at night. But there are no real nightclubs.

Mar 31, 2016 · Explore Banff’s Nightlife. To set the scene, the bars are all relatively close to each other in Banff, so you really don’t need to limit yourself to one place (unless it’s -25C). You can essentially barhop whenever you feel like it’s time to move on, and it’s never more than a two minute walk. There’s always an after party somewhere.
